This page explains how to delete your Pennra account and the data associated with it. Pennra is a budgeting app operated by Julian Harmon. You can use Pennra without an account; an account is created only if you choose to sign in with Google to back up and sync your data.
The fastest way to delete your account and all associated data:
This permanently deletes your account and removes your backed-up data from our servers, and removes you from any shared household. It cannot be undone.
If you can no longer access the app (for example, you have changed devices), email us and we will delete your account and associated data on your behalf:
Email pennra.support@pennra.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete the deletion, typically within 30 days.

When you delete your account, we remove your information from our active systems. We may retain limited records only where required to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Any retained records are kept no longer than required and are then deleted.
